"Hello to all - I've been found thanks to a tip from Marge Izzo that the search party was out.

I'll echo what many alumni have already said - great idea John and Kathy. It's really great to see what people are up to and the success that many have found in their careers beyond Bay State is indicative of the talent that we had at the Company.

I have been consulting on energy and utility matters for the past 18 months since leaving Bay State. I'm currently with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and MacRae which, as many of you know, was once part of Bay State's "extended family." I am really enjoying working with people I spent a good part of my career with - Paul Connolly, Scott Mueller, Meabh Purcell - and have been working on issues that are familiar to me while getting involved in many new areas.

John - it's ironic that I started my career at Bay State here in Boston on High Street (where I first met you) and I now walk down High Street each day on my way to the office - I forgot how much I enjoy working in Boston.

Pat is still working for the Newton School System and we are still spending leisure time at our second home in Rockport, Mass. We are beginning to plan for a more permanent life there and the fact that the train to Rockport from Boston is a short walk from LeBoeuf is bringing that plan closer to reality.

Andrew graduated college last year and is living in Seattle and working for Microsoft (he obviously has my technical ability). He begins graduate school in Washington this summer and is really enjoying his career as well as the Seattle area.

My best to all and I am definitely interested in the golf tournament."
